Who you're dealing with

The apps are provided by Useful Things Pty Ltd (ABN 89 702 581 637), New South Wales, Australia ("we", "us").

Apps from the App Store

If you download one of our apps from Apple's App Store, your licence to use it is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), which we adopt as the licence for our apps. Useful Things Pty Ltd, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.

App Store purchases and subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple under Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

Using the apps

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• Don't misuse the apps, interfere with how they work, or use them to harass anyone. We may suspend features such as Community, or an account, if you do.
• What you put into the apps stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the apps for you, as described in our privacy policy.

Health and fitness

EPiC Workout gives general training and nutrition information. It isn't medical advice. Check with a doctor or qualified professional before starting a new program, especially if you have an injury or health condition, and stop if something hurts.

Your rights under Australian law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, the apps are provided as they are, and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes

We may update these terms as the apps change. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you in the app if a change matters.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
